Apparently, this wine goes well with “pork steak with gruyere and marsala”. Where’s the wine that goes well with cheeseburgers and cake?
It turned out that we could, in fact, haz cheezburger. We could not, however, finish eating cheezburger. Huge cheezburgers.
Started the day with a suspected broken Mac, and not sure I had a good backup. Ending with fully working Mac, and almost all data back. Win.
Back on my Mac. Restoring the Time Machine backup has worked. Bad news is the backups haven’t worked in a couple of months.
The good news is that the Time Machine backup data seems to be fine. The drive may be faulty, but at least it can be replaced and restored.
Mac thought internal drive was ok eventually, but couldn’t boot fully. Couldn’t format drive. Removed partition, recreated. Restoring now.
Applying updates to a Windows machine that’s been unused for several months.
I’m sitting staring at my non-functioning Mac. This is much less fun.
