Teapot at Teapots: I GIMP’d it. Monochrome conversion using the Chanel Mixer filter, then colourised it - not quite sepia, I think - a bit too golden for that. The heavily darkened corners isn’t an effect, it’s the Nikon 55-200 VR DX lens - it darkens a bit at the corners naturally, so when you pump the contrast up, it makes it look much worse. I kind of like the effect for stuff like this, though. (via Photos from pigpogm)
